Goa, India: AM Realty Solutions has unveiled plans for Aranyam Estate, a 400-acre wellness-first township in the Konkan–Goa belt, positioned as India’s largest wellness-focused community. Valued at approximately £2,500 crore, the project is designed to merge luxury living, ecology, and holistic wellness—with an exclusive offering of Modern Villa Plots for individual buyers and investors.

Conceptualized as a “City Built on Wellness,” Aranyam Estate seeks to redefine how urban living interacts with nature. The development will feature dedicated zones for yoga and meditation, Ayurvedic and naturopathy centres, organic farming clusters, longevity hospitals, healing gardens, and spiritual retreat spaces. Nearly 40% of the total land area will be maintained as green cover, ensuring an environment rooted in sustainability and mindful living.

According to AM Realty Solutions, buyers will be able to build their own luxury villas on premium modern plots, strategically located within the township’s wellness and green zones. These plots are expected to attract both end-users and high-value investors, especially amid growing interest in Goa’s premium real estate markets.

The project will be executed in two phases, with the first phase expected to be completed within the next two to three years. Possession of Modern Villa Plots is projected to begin in 2026.

Regionally, the Goa-Konkan real estate corridor has experienced remarkable growth, with certain micro-markets showing capital value appreciation exceeding 60% year-on-year. The operationalization of MOPA International Airport has further boosted connectivity, driving investor confidence and residential demand.

Once completed, Aranyam Estate is expected to create substantial employment opportunities and contribute significantly to India’s evolving wellness-lifestyle infrastructure.
